To place an order, simply follow these steps:
- If you are a new customer, fill out our Credit Application (below), and return via mail, email, or fax. Once approved, you will receive an email verifying your account, with your customer number.
- If you have an account, cut a Purchase Order and send via mail, email, or fax. Item numbers, descriptions, cost information, etc., can be found below.
- Once we receive your PO, we will ship your order immediately.
- Payment terms are Net 30.

Credit Application
To order, customers must complete our Credit Application and create an account with us. To do so, simply download the Credit Application document, fill it out, and send it back to us via mail, email, or fax (addresses & phone number below).
The Credit Application can be filled out on your computer and emailed back, or it can be printed out and sent back via mail or fax.
